Small Units/Filters: $30
Regular Units: $60
Large Units: $80

Where do we ship to?
We are happy to ship our products anywhere in Canada or the contiguous United States. All of our packages are shipped via FEDEX Ground with insurance and tracking numbers upon which you will receive.

Shipping Time within Canada?
If your order is being shipped within Canada, it will arrive at your shipping address in 2-5 business days. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.)

Shipping Time within USA?
If your order is being shipped to the contiguous United States, your package should arrive within 5-10 business days.  Please Note: Shipping time does not include any delay that may occur at US customs. Although we have all paper work filled out with FEDEX to speed up all our shipments across the border. If you have any questions please do not hestitate in contacting us. Orders shipped into USA may be subject to duty fees and international taxes which Pure Air Experts is not responsible for.

Do you ship to PO BOXES?
Presently Pure Air Experts will not ship to PO Boxes.

What if my item arrives damaged what should I do?
Although we do box and package oru products to arrive in working order sometimes this may happen. If the item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team immediately to arrange for a new replacement. Once we are contacted, we will have the same courier service return to the delivery location to pick up the damaged product within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). Please make sure that the product is in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories readily available for the pick-up. Once the damaged item has been picked up, we will immediately ship the replacement product.
