Place Your Order Online F.A.Q's:

There Are 3 Ways Of Ordering from us:

  •     Order Online via our website which is enabled with PayPal - a secure easy way to pay.
  •     Please NOTE: Even if you do not have a paypal account you can still easily check out and pay for your order without having to create an account.
  •     You can order via our FAX ORDER SHEET (click to download). Fax in your order and we will process payment with the credit card provided.
  •     Order by phone you can call us at: 1-888-333-3033 or 780.455.7873 (PURE) to place your order.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, along with Debit for in-person sales. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal cheques, or money orders. All prices are in Canadian funds and exclude applicable sales taxes and shipping charges.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Between 2-5 business day depending on your location. Pure Air Experts uses FEDEX Ground Delivery in Canada and the Continental USA. Please review our SHIPPING INFO for all details in regards to shipping. All products are in stock.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax does apply throughout Canada and is calculated as per your respective provinces rate. We are a Canadian business therefore we do charge GST and HST as applicable.

Returns/Exchanges:
We do NOT offer returns on any items, as wel believe you will be 100% satisfied with our product. If your product does arrive damaged please read our shipping FAQ on how to deal with a return in this case.

Can you change an order once it's been placed?
Yes, but please call our Customer Care Team's toll-free number  1-888-333-3033 or 780.455.7873 (PURE) ASAP! Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm MST. In an effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, there is a relatively small window of time in which changes to an order can be made.
